Unlike Andrew Huberman, Peter Attia, Joe Rogan, and other longevity influencers, Bryan’s protocol is steeped in science.
His team of doctors and researchers analyzed all the longevity scientific literature, ranking the highest performing. Then they measured the biological age of all 70+ of Bryan’s organs. (One can have a CHRONOLOGICAL age of 46, but a BIOLOGICAL age of 37, which is his case).

What I learned at the Don’t Die Summit:
Below are 5 take-away from the first Don’t Die Summit:
1. Imagine an algorithm that could take better care of you than you can. It can GUARANTEE you a longer lift full of vibrance, BUT you must eat what it tells you to eat, go to bed when it tells you to go to bed, do specific exercises that it tells you to do, etc. Would you do it?? Here’s how Bryan describes it.
2. We learned how dirty food is - heavy metal standards, microplastics, ‘clean sourcing’, hidden certifications. Here’s an example using the popular product Athletic Greens.
3. If we consider not dying, everything changes in our outlook on life: instead of saying “well I’m gonna die anyway so I might as well do XYZ…”, death is no longer inevitable. How would your life’s perspective change?
4. We need to build systems that do not rely on will power. For example, rather than having unhealthy food in our house and relying on willpower to not eat it, we should not bring those foods into our house in the firs place. Similar to one of my mantras: ‘eating healthy starts at the grocery store’.
5. The one thing that everyone on this earth is doing on a daily basis (but don’t realize it) is trying not to die. This is a universal strategy that every human on earth is experiencing every day. Interestingly, Bryan Johnson is the only person doing something about it. Think of all the other rich people using their money for other endeavors…
Final Thoughts:
We know that 25 years from now, people will look back at our current behaviors (what we eat, how little we sleep, the fact we sit all day, the top 3 causes of death being due to our diets, etc.) and be viewed as a joke.
We have the science and technology to extend lifespan to lead a more VIBRANT life, which is exactly what Confluence Coach is about.
